Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or who are currently taking prescription medications should consult with their personal physician before receiving any Sano Protocol service. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information during the intake and clearance process.

Certain health conditions may make you ineligible to receive specific services. Sano Protocol’s clinical staff and Medical Director reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if it is determined that proceeding would pose a risk to your health or safety. A visit fee may apply in cases where a nurse has arrived at your location and is unable to administer services due to contraindicated vital signs or clinical assessment.

Sano Protocol does not provide services to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. None of our formulations are approved for use during pregnancy or lactation. Pregnancy and lactation status is screened before every visit, and services will be declined where either applies. If you become pregnant or begin breastfeeding, you must inform us before your next visit.

Sano Protocol’s services are elective wellness services. No formulation, injection, or infusion offered by Sano Protocol is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and none has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any such purpose. Products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Our formulation names are descriptive brand names only and are not statements of therapeutic effect. Specifically, and without limiting the general statement above:

Serenity (Mood Support) is not a treatment for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other psychiatric or mental health condition. It does not cure, resolve, reduce, or relieve depressive symptoms, and it is not a substitute for psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counseling, or any prescribed psychiatric medication. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Solace (Tension Relief) is not a diagnostic evaluation of headache and is not a treatment for any headache disorder. It is offered only to clients with an established, previously diagnosed migraine pattern presenting with a typical episode, and it is not a substitute for neurologic evaluation.

Her Creation (Preconception Wellness) is not a fertility treatment. It does not improve fertility, increase the likelihood of conception, or affect the outcome of any pregnancy or assisted reproductive procedure.

Clarity (Cognitive Clearance) is not a treatment for cognitive impairment, memory loss, dementia, or any neurologic condition. New or worsening cognitive symptoms require medical evaluation, not an infusion.

The Shield (Immunity) is not a treatment for, or a preventive against, any infection or communicable disease, including influenza and COVID-19.

Peak (Athlete Energy and Recovery) does not enhance athletic performance for competitive purposes. Clients subject to anti-doping regulation are responsible for verifying every ingredient against their governing body’s prohibited list before treatment.

Aura (Beauty), Myers Cocktail, Morning Rescue (Hangover Relief), His Prime (Men’s Health), Her Balance (Women’s Health), The Sano Protocol, and NAD+ therapy are likewise offered as elective wellness services and make no therapeutic or curative claim.

No Sano Protocol service is a reason to delay, discontinue, or alter any prescribed medication or any care recommended by your own physician. Never stop a prescribed medication because you have received, or intend to receive, a Sano Protocol service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sano Protocol LLC, its owners, members, officers, Medical Director, contractors, nurses, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services. Clients acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed and that adverse reactions may occur despite adherence to clinical protocols. Sano Protocol LLC may rely upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client. Sano Protocol LLC shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted health information provided during intake, screening, or treatment.

By receiving services from Sano Protocol LLC, clients acknowledge that intravenous infusions, intramuscular injections, vitamin therapies, and other wellness services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, pain, bleeding, infection, allergic reactions, nerve irritation, vascular complications, dizziness, fainting, medication reactions, and other unforeseeable adverse events. Clients voluntarily assume these risks.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, diagnoses, pregnancy status, prior adverse reactions, and other health-related information. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of complications and may affect eligibility for services.

Electronic communications, including website submissions, email communications, text messages, and patient portal communications, may not always be secure or immediately reviewed. Such communications should not be used for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or time-sensitive treatment decisions. Sano Protocol LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, decline, or limit any service at its sole discretion and does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any service, formulation, ingredient, or appointment schedule.

Sano Protocol LLC intends to operate its services through appropriately licensed personnel and clinical protocols developed under the oversight of a Florida-licensed Medical Director and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
